Seller and scope

Price and tax
The product page shows the one-time price in euros. VAT is added where applicable based on the information and location provided during secure checkout. No subscription is created unless a future product explicitly says otherwise.
Immediate digital delivery
After confirmed payment, a protected download is made available immediately. The buyer should save a local copy. Access may be limited temporarily to prevent abuse, but Samsina will provide a replacement link when a legitimate purchaser cannot download the file.
Withdrawal right for digital content
Before checkout, the buyer must expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right ends once download performance begins. If that consent is not provided, immediate checkout is not enabled. Statutory rights for defective or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.
Permitted use
The purchase grants one buyer or one internal company team a non-exclusive licence to use and adapt the workbook for its own operations. Resale, public redistribution, sublicensing, template-marketplace upload and removal of Samsina’s authorship for redistribution are not permitted.
Compatibility and support
The files are supplied in Microsoft Excel .xlsx format without macros. Google Sheets may import the calculations, but visual styling can differ. Samsina will repair or replace a file that is materially defective at delivery when notified with a clear description.
Decision support
The workbooks are general planning tools, not accounting, investment, legal or tax advice. Results depend on the assumptions and data entered. To the extent permitted by law, Samsina is not responsible for commercial decisions made without validating those inputs.
Governing law and complaints
Dutch law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the buyer’s country. Contact sdadmehr@samsina.nl first so a complaint can be investigated and resolved directly.
