Who is responsible
Samsina, based in Utrecht, Netherlands, is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to sdadmehr@samsina.nl.
What data is collected
This website does not currently use a public contact form, advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. If you email Samsina or send a LinkedIn message, Samsina receives the contact details and information you choose to include. The hosting provider may process essential technical logs, such as IP address, browser information, requested page and timestamp, to operate and secure the website.
Why the data is used
Enquiry data is used to answer your message, assess whether there is a relevant business fit, prepare a requested proposal and maintain necessary business records. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and the legitimate interest in operating a secure business website.
Sharing and international services
Data is shared only with service providers needed to host the website, deliver email or operate LinkedIn communication, and with professional advisers when necessary. Those providers apply their own infrastructure and privacy terms. Samsina does not sell personal data.
How long data is kept
An enquiry is kept only as long as it remains relevant for the conversation, a possible engagement, legal obligations or the defence of a claim. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised. Contract and invoice records may need to be kept for the period required by Dutch law.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You can also withdraw consent when processing relies on consent. Send a request to sdadmehr@samsina.nl. You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
This notice will be updated when the website starts using new forms, analytics, advertising technology or other data-processing tools. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
