An experiment backlog is a shared memory for decisions. It should make the next useful test easier to choose, run and learn from.
Start with an observation
Capture the evidence, segment, context and why it matters before jumping to a solution.
State the change and expected signal
Write what you will change, for whom, and which measurable signal should move if the reasoning is right.
Prioritize with constraints
Consider expected learning, commercial relevance, effort, risk and dependencies. A simple score is enough if the definitions are consistent.
Close the loop
Record the result, what was learned, what remains uncertain and whether the next move is scale, revise or stop.
