B2B growth teams rarely have one marketing problem. They have a chain of small frictions: unclear audience priority, weak lead definitions, disconnected CRM data, noisy reporting and pressure to “use AI” before the process is ready.
1. “We cannot see what becomes pipeline.”
Fix this with shared lifecycle definitions, a small set of primary events and a regular review that compares media signals with qualified leads and opportunity progression.
2. “Lead volume hides poor fit.”
Review search intent, audience exclusions, promise, form friction and routing together. Quality improves when the full path becomes more specific—not when traffic is reduced blindly.
3. “The CRM is full, but not trusted.”
Define the minimum data model, owners and next actions. Remove fields nobody uses and make the handoff useful to the person receiving it.
4. “Every channel reports a different truth.”
Document sources of truth, attribution limits and decision thresholds. Separate delivery, conversion and commercial layers so a cheap click cannot masquerade as revenue.
5. “AI creates drafts, not dependable work.”
Choose a repeatable task with structured inputs, reviewable outputs and limited risk. Add approved sources, acceptance criteria and a human checkpoint.
6. “Content gets published, but does not build authority.”
Answer a real buyer question directly, show the reasoning, cite primary sources and link the answer to a useful tool or next step. This is stronger for people and for AI search than generic volume.
7. “We need a plan the team can actually run.”
Use a weekly operating rhythm: one audience insight, one experiment, one measurement review and one decision owner. A simple system that repeats beats a sophisticated plan nobody opens.
