Who is responsible
Samsina, based in Utrecht, Netherlands, is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KVK number 83619550 and VAT ID NL003849480B49. Samsina is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to sdadmehr@samsina.nl.
What data is collected
If you submit the booking form, Samsina receives your name, work email, company, growth goal, context, desired outcome, optional budget range and source page. These answers are stored in a private Cloudflare database so Samsina can prepare for the requested call. Booking a calendar slot is a separate step. If you email Samsina or send a LinkedIn message, Samsina receives the contact details and information you choose to include. The hosting provider may process essential technical logs, such as IP address, browser information, requested page and timestamp, to operate and secure the website.
Protected downloads and purchases
For a free protected download, Samsina processes the email address, requested resource, source page, delivery token, timestamp and download count. The email is required to generate and protect the requested link. Free download links expire after 30 days and are limited to five downloads. For paid digital products, Stripe processes checkout and payment details and sends a signed payment-status notification to Samsina. Samsina receives transaction identifiers, product, payment status, amount, currency and customer email needed to confirm delivery, keep financial records and provide support. Samsina does not receive or store complete card details.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4 is optional and remains fully blocked until you select “Accept analytics.” If you accept, Google Analytics may process pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source and interactions with the site. It uses first-party identifiers such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits. Campaign parameters such as utm, gclid, fbclid and li_fat_id, plus an AI referrer host when the visit comes from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot or Claude, are stored in your browser only after you accept, and only so a later enquiry can include first-touch and last-touch context. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation remain disabled. You can reject analytics or change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Why the data is used
Enquiry data is used to answer your message, assess business fit and prepare a requested proposal. Download data is used to deliver and secure the requested file. Purchase data is used to perform the digital-content contract, verify payment, deliver the product, provide support and meet financial-record obligations. Analytics is used only with consent. The legal bases are taking steps at your request, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, consent and the legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
Sharing and international services
Data is shared only with service providers needed to host the website, process payment through Stripe, deliver email, operate LinkedIn communication or provide consented analytics, and with professional advisers when necessary. Google and Stripe may process relevant data under their own data-processing and transfer safeguards. Samsina does not sell personal data.
How long data is kept
Booking-form answers are reviewed and kept only while needed to prepare or follow up on the requested conversation, normally no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless an active engagement or legal claim requires longer. An enquiry or free-resource delivery record is kept only as long as it remains relevant for delivery, the conversation, security, a possible engagement or the defence of a claim. Analytics retention is limited through the Google Analytics property. Contract, payment and invoice records are kept for the period required by Dutch law.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You can also withdraw consent when processing relies on consent. Send a request to sdadmehr@samsina.nl. You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
This notice will be updated when the website starts using new forms, analytics, advertising technology or other data-processing tools. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
